FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
How old does my child have to be to attend LCA? LCA accepts students that have turned two years of age on or before September 1st of 2012. Students applying for enrollment for the 2012-2013 school year must be 2 years of age on or before September 1st, 2012.
Does my child need to be fully potty trained before attending? We do not require students in our 2 year old classes to be potty trained. We DO require students in our 3's classes and older to be fully potty trained. Staff is available to help with hand washing, pants, buckles etc but we ask that your child be able to identify their own bathroom needs.
What do I do if my child has severe food allergies or needs medication? All LCA staff strive to provide a safe environment for all students. Please indicate any food allergies on your registration form so that all staff members are aware your child's needs. If your child needs to take medication while at school, please bring it to the office and sign the medication authorization form so that we may administer your child's medication.
When can I register and are there spaces still available? We do have several spots still open in classes for the 2011-2012 school year. Please contact our office for availability and rates. Beginning on February 1st, 2012 we will open registration to the general public for the 2012-2013 school year. Registration is accepted upon a first come first serve basis.
Can I be placed on a waiting list if you are full? Yes, we will gladly place you on a waiting list and you will be contacted IF a space becomes available.
What fees are due and when? The $200 registration fee is due at the time that you register. Our curriculum and snack/party fees are not due until July 1st. Tuition may be paid either annually or divided between 10 monthly payments beginning July 1st and ending April 1st.
Can I come see the school and bring my child with me? YES Please call our office to schedule a tour to see our school, and meet our staff! We encourage you to bring the family when you come and we thank you for the opportunity to meet you all.
