New Student Steps to Enrollment:
Please note the requirements for new student enrollment have changed.
- Schedule a tour of our facility
- Complete Registration and Student Release Forms (2 sided application.)
- Complete the Financial Contract and Tuition Agreement (Primary Payer must read and initial)
- Obtain your child’s up-to-date shot records, and have their pediatrician provide a statement of Health.
- Bring all documents with your $250 registration fee and first months tuition payment to our office.
A child is not considered enrolled until all above steps are completed.
